Participants may present their teaching ideas or original research work during the paper presentation sessions in any one of the following categories:

Mathematics Laboratory activities for classes VI to XIICategory 2 [C2]
Use of innovative teaching aids and classroom practices for teaching of mathematics at the primary levelCategory 3 [C3]
Use of innovative teaching aids and classroom practices for teaching of mathematics at the middle school levelCategory 4 [C4]
Use of innovative teaching aids and classroom practices for teaching of mathematics at the secondary or senior secondary levelCategory 5 [C5]
Use of Handheld Technology [Graphing and Scientific Calculators] in Mathematics Teaching and LearningCategory 6 [C6]
Use of computer technology in mathematics education [this may include software packages, power point presentations, multimedia, etc.]
- Participants interested in presenting papers at the conference must enclose an abstract of their paper not exceeding 500 words along with the registration form, which must reach latest by 15th May, 2008.
- Once the review committee accepts the abstract, the participants will be asked to send the manuscript of the full paper according to specific guidelines [to be notified later].
- The best two papers will be accorded a "BEST PAPER AWARD" each.
